About the Role As a Key Account Manager (or Partner at Domain) under an experienced Sales Director, you will own a highly engaged portfolio of top-tier Commercial Real Estate corporate clients across an assigned Brisbane territory (with occasional trips to Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast). You will act as an embedded business partner, upselling new products and features, and driving overall brand loyalty. Typical Day Get to know key real estate clients businesses intimately through close collaboration and strong partnerships. Improve client outcomes by solutionselling across Domains portfolio via 1to1 and sales meetings. Present Domain insights to key stakeholders and attend customer events and sales meetings. Strategise and implement business growth initiatives. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent key account approach. Proactively maintain relationships, introducing new products that solve problems and empower clients. Provide worldclass customer service, resolving client queries and account issues efficiently. Provide market feedback on competitive activities, barriers and opportunities. Become an industry expert within the Commercial Real Estate space. Our Ideal Person: ESSENTIALS Proven success in B2B consultative selling to key accounts. Experience crafting custom product solutions or bundles for specific client needs. Enthusiasm and passion for sales with a humble approach to success. Ability to negotiate large complex deals and handle objections, driving winwin outcomes. Curiosity about data, insights and real estate. Confident public speaking and presenting to client sales teams and decisionmakers. Drive and resilience to meet sales targets. Ability to communicate ROI and business impact through compelling storytelling. Ability to serve clients predominantly across Brisbane. Nice to Haves Experience selling to Enterprise/Corporate customers. Experience or certifications in SaaS, Digital Media and/or Real Estate. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field. Notable sales achievements within the industries above.
