## Deputy Director - Patient Access and FlowBRHS is seeking an experienced senior nursing leader to drive patient access, flow and operational excellence across emergency and inpatient services.| Work Location: | Bairnsdale - Outer Gippsland area |Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) is the largest employer and leading healthcare provider in the beautiful East Gippsland region. We are seeking an inspiring and strategically minded Deputy Director Patient Access and Flow to join our Clinical Operations Division.**The Contract:** Ongoing, Full Time, 80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO, along with participation in the Executive on call roster.This is a rare and exciting senior nursing leadership opportunity to positively shape patient flow, emergency and inpatient operations, and the overall care experience across our health service.At BRHS, we are committed to providing safe, personcentred, highquality care to our community. You will guide patient flow strategies, oversee daily operations, support Nurse Unit Managers and Patient Services Coordinators, manage hospital demand, and ensure our systems and resources enable highquality, personcentred care.
