About the role You will be the Privacy Officer for CBUS and will lead and oversee the strategic and operational management of privacy risk, data and records management risk. This will include Owning and maintaining Privacy, Data and Records Management related Risk policies, standards, and tools Collaborating with the Risk Advisory team, the Business and Technology to improve the management of privacy, data and records management risk including providing training Working cross-functionally to provide guidance on privacy implications for new products, services and technologies Monitoring and reporting to our Executives, Board and Regulators on privacy related matters Design and execution of continuous improvement initiatives related to Privacy, Data and Records Management Risk If youre an experienced privacy leader whos looking to join a leading industry fund at a pivotal moment in our risk journey, we look forward to hearing from you. Experience and Qualifications Youll bring Significant experience in privacy, data and records management risk Deep understanding of relevant legislation and the ability to interpret and relate to everyday examples A passion for leading cross-functional teams and experience leading through change Demonstrated history of delivering continuous improvement outcomes Experience in superannuation or financial services would be a significant advantage. A senior leader, you thrive on developing stakeholder relationships and helping people understand the rationale behind the changes you are implementing and the benefits they will bring to the business.
