We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead our ANZ IT delivery team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our store network across Australia and New Zealand, and our Brisbane support office, receive seamless, high-performing IT services that meet or exceed agreed SLAs. From point of sale and in-store menu boards to online ordering and key operations systems, technology powers the heartbeat of our stores, and you will be the essential link between the business and Technology, driving services that enable our teams to succeed. Key responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring our stores receive reliable, compliant and secure IT services. Lead a small team of service delivery technicians and support team members. Manage compliance with agreed SLAs, ensuring the meet or exceed agreed expectations. Monitor incidents, manage escalations and resolve outages, ensuring transparent communication with the business. Act as the interface between the business, franchise partners and IT to ensure service requirements are understood and translated into operations. Lead the handover of systems from project delivery teams to the Service Desk ensuring a smooth transition to operational function. This is a full time, permanent opportunity which will be based in the office 80% of the time. The successful candidate may be required to travel as part of the role and is required to be available outside of regular business hours for escalations. About you. Proven experience in large organisations with extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, POS systems, desktop/server operating systems, diagnostic utilities, and application support, complemented by relevant industry certifications. Strong understanding of ITIL or other service management methodologies, with a track record of developing SLAs, managing Service Desk deliverables, and ensuring high-quality IT service delivery. Demonstrated experience supervising technical support teams, motivating staff, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing work environment. Proven ability to analyse issues, prioritise tasks under pressure, conduct research, and deliver practical, business-friendly solutions. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, actively listen, question effectively, and present technical concepts in user-friendly language. While not essential, experience in Franchised or Managed Service business models will be highly regarded. We are Dominos.
