To succeed in this role, you will bring: n n - Relevant tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in aged care or communitynservices or less formal qualifications with extensive management and specialised skills sufficient to perform at this level n - A deep understanding of aged care legislation, regulation, Aged Care QualitynStandards, program requirements and clinical governance requirements, n - Strong leadership with demonstrated experience in managing aged care or communitynservice programs, including staff supervision and performance management. n - Proven ability to deliver person-centred, safe, high-quality services in line with Aged Care Quality Standards. n - Strong knowledge and understanding of Commonwealth funded aged care services and agedncare regulatory model n We are looking for someone who aligns with our values of partnership, leadership and social justice.n n Employee BenefitsnIntereach prides itself on supporting our staff, employee benefits include: n n - Great perks!
