Add expected salary to your profile for insights Senior Project Engineer Civil Projects | Perth / FIFO Options We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join a growing project delivery team working across major civil and infrastructure projects. This role will suit an experienced engineer who enjoys taking ownership of project scopes, working closely with project managers and leading teams to deliver high-quality outcomes safely, on time and within budget. The position offers the opportunity to work across a variety of civil engineering projects while playing a key role in project planning, commercial management and team leadership. Key responsibilities Support project delivery from planning through to execution and completion Coordinate project resources, engineering activities and site teams Monitor project costs, risks and schedules to ensure project outcomes are achieved Assist in managing subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders Prepare reports and updates on project progress and performance Maintain strong client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards Contribute to problem solving and decision making across project delivery About you Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline Experience working on telecommunications, services or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling and cost control Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering engineering projects Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work collaboratively within project delivery teams Must be an Australian Citizen Ability to obtain a Security Clearance Desirable experience Experience across civil infrastructure projects such as roads, concrete and earthworks Exposure to claim development or technical documentation Understanding of industrial relations and site safety management First aid or safety supervisor qualifications Whats on offer Opportunity to work on major civil infrastructure projects Long-term career progression within a growing engineering team Supportive and collaborative project environment Competitive salary package If you are an experienced Senior Project Engineer looking to take the next step in your career, we would be interested in speaking with you.
