You''ll work across a range of public and private sector projects including Sydney Trains panel work, groundwater monitoring for Defence in NSW and ACT, remediation and investigations for Sydney Water D4C, plus high-profile sites like Sydney Airport and Ausgrid. The Role This is an end-to-end contaminated land role where you''ll manage projects from investigation through to remediation and validation, with the support of a stable team and solid systems. You''ll: Deliver PSI / DSI / RAP / validation reporting across infrastructure, energy, and government sites Liaise with clients and regulators (they want someone client-facing) Oversee junior consultants and help support their development Manage field programs, sampling, drilling and monitoring programs Lead your own portfolio and bring a sense of ownership to your work Who You''ll Work With You''ll join a friendly Sydney team of 25, with 8 CLM specialists, led by a technically sharp, well-liked female Principal who''s known for her hands-on support and genuine interest in her team''s progression.
