You will support your Team Leader and Manager Vetting Services Branch to deliver the highest quality product to Omni''s clients.The Vetting Specialist BrisbaneWill be responsible for the provision of quality assurance and mentoring of Indigenous Vetting Cadets. Based in Brisbane, the role provides day to day support as cadets integrate into their positions and Omni more broadly. You will support the Onboarding and Training Team Leader and Manager Vetting Services Branch to deliver the highest quality product to Omni''s clients.You will use your highly developed research skills to gather and analyse information and make security assessments and recommendations about clearance suitability in accordance with standards set by the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), and other policies and guidelines.You will be empathetic, conscientious and resilient. You will be sensitive to the customs, practices, cultures and beliefs of others, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to form strong working relationships with people from different backgrounds.
