Work under an established manager to help the organisation enhance technology systems, policies and processes.Role OverviewAs the Infrastructure Lead you will be reporting into the Information Technology Manager, who sits directly below the CTO. You will contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of an infrastructure landscape. This role will be an even split across project execution as well as technical support and mentoring.The business is currently engaged in a strong period of sustained growth domestically with investment in new technologies and systems ongoing. Play a key role in helping the organisation deliver a scalable infrastructure platform.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the organisation Infrastructure capability through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Assist in the design and implementation of strong technology solutions.Become an SME and key point of expertise to anything related to Microsoft 365.Ensure the ongoing performance, security and scalability of the organisations technology platform. Regularly assess and optimise systems to meet business requirements and best practices.Serve as the main technical escalation point for complex technical issues for team members and the leadership team.Work alongside the CTO and IT Manager to deliver project-based initiatives such as system upgrades, migrations and deployments.Candidate ProfileProven experience supporting technology across small to medium sized organisations and a wide variety of technologies.Microsoft 365 and Office 365 experience Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams.Strong experience in identity access management (IAM) concepts and technologies Microsoft Entra ID.Experience working within a hybrid environment. Confidence across physical on premise servers as well as cloud environments.Sound knowledge of security and networking principles Zero Trust principles, SDWAN and MDR/NDR.The Company, Culture & BenefitsThe Company is a nationally recognised and market-leading business in the healthcare products space.
