Build relationships that last and keep them coming backCommunication: clear, proactive, and respectful - with clients and teammates, especially when plans change or challenges arisePresentation: a polished, professional appearance and manner that reflects the premium standard of the clinic, every dayTake part in in-clinic training and pursue continued self-directed educationContribute to team culture, support colleagues, and play an active role in the clinic''s growthWHAT YOU BRINGBachelor of Dermal Science, Bachelor of Health Science (Dermal Therapies / Aesthetics), Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science, or Diploma of Beauty Therapy with equivalent advanced skin experienceMinimum 3years experiencein advanced beauty therapy, or 2 years as a qualified dermal therapistQLD Laser Licence and Laser Safety CertificateSolid hands-on experience with advanced modalities - IPL, RF microneedling, HIFU, orUltraformerStrong skin knowledge: conditions, protocols, cosmeceuticals, and contraindicationsConfident consultation skills - you can assess skin, ask the right questions, and build a realistic treatment planA natural ability to build client rapport: warm, professional, and the kind of person clients trust and return toA polished, professional presentation consistent with a premium clinic environmentComfort working with KPIs, retail targets, and a results-driven practice - approached through education, not pressureExperience taking clinical before/after photos and in-treatment documentationHOW TO APPLYSend your resume anda short note- not a formal cover letter.
