Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee ICT operations through a managed service provider (MSP), ensure cybersecurity controls are operating effectively and lead data governance practices across the organisation. You will connect systems, data and operations - ensuring technology is reliable, information is trusted, and insights support better decisionmaking and service delivery. The role also includes enabling reporting and analytics and managing key technology vendors, contracts and projects. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Oversee CTSTs ICT environment in partnership with the Managed Service Provider Ensure cybersecurity controls are operating effectively and risks are escalated as required Establish and maintain data governance practices, including data quality, access controls and documentation Enable and support data analysis, reporting and dashboards to drive operational and strategic decisionmaking Support and coordinate daytoday ICT operations, including onboarding, offboarding and user support Manage technology vendors, contracts and service delivery outcomes Coordinate ICT projects and system improvements Maintain accurate records of systems, assets, licences and access Provide insights and recommendations to support organisational performance and continuous improvement About You You are a curious and capable professional who enjoys understanding how technology, data and operations connect. You bring a solid foundation in ICT and/or data and youre ready to step into a broader role where you can take ownership while continuing to build your capability. You are comfortable interpreting data and using it to inform decisions and you are motivated by improving how systems and information support daytoday operations and service outcomes. You will bring: Ability to interpret data and connect it to operational outcomes Experience working with ICT systems, service environments or business systems An understanding of, or interest in developing, data governance practices (data quality, access, structure) Experience managing or coordinating vendors, suppliers or projects A proactive, solutionsfocused approach with a willingness to take ownership Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders A collaborative mindset and a desire to continue building your capability Experience in the not-for-profit, community services, health or similar sector Knowledge of MSP-supported ICT environments Experience in data analytics, reporting or performance measurement Tertiary qualifications in information systems, data or related fields Licences & Requirements All CTST employees must: Hold a current drivers licence Possess or be willing to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People Registration Be an Australian Resident or hold a valid Australian working visa Be willing to undertake intrastate travel as required How to Apply To view the full position description, visit www.ctst.org.au/work-with-us A statement addressing the required knowledge, skills and experience Applications will only be accepted via SEEK.
