Description As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for both new and existing clients. Working across multiple channels, youll respond to inquiries and deliver professional, exemplary support via facetoface, phone and email interactions. You''ll handle activities such as order processing, payment management, account reconciliation, pricing and general administrative tasks/inquiries. Were offering both casual and full-time opportunities! Skills and Experiences Proven experience in an inbound call centre and/or clientfacing customerservice environment. Highly developed telephone communication skills when engaging with customers, stakeholders and staff, always maintaining a customer first approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Flexibility. This officebased role requires two rotating shifts: 8:00AM to 4:00PM and 9:00AM to 5:00PM. The skill to multitask and work effectively across various programs and platforms.
