Retail Sales Travel Consultant - Eaton, WA Job no:530303 | Brand:Flight Centre Brand | Work type:Full time | Location:Western Australia | Categories:Sales and Customer Service What youll be doing Work fulltime, onsite in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7day trade Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets where youll sell the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays and everything in between Be the expert! Assist our customers with their travel related questions including visas, best time of year to travel, what to pack, where to eat, what to avoid, you name it! Enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you earn a percentage of every sale, your pay is completely uncapped! What were looking for Youre a seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and youre the goto person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips and tricks Great organisational skills youre the type to take notes, manage your calendar well and are quick to respond to your customers phone calls and emails Determination to meet your sales targets and KPIs while balancing your workload in a highpressure environment (think customers lining up, phones ringing, email inbox filling!) Enthusiasm, passion and a warmth that makes our customers want to book with you every time!
