You will need to be committed to delivering outstanding service to our clients and have a positive, cando attitude.You will be responsible for the day-today management of a very clean portfolio of varying commercial properties.About the RoleThe role includes all facets of management and client service delivery:Maintain close relationships with owners, occupiers and operational personnel to ensure property control and service deliveryRelease, market, negotiate and pursue new business Undertake annual property inspections to ensure high standards of presentation Ensure all lease and other documentation are fully executed as requiredProvide owners with recommendations relating to rent reviews and lease renewalsLiaise with tenants regarding lease administrationControl and collection of monies, including rentals, outgoings and recoverable costs Reconciliation of outgoingsMaintain properties in accordance with owners instructions and safety requirementsProduce and conduct market appraisalsDrive the investment performance of the whole portfolioAbout YouOur new Commercial Manager will possess the following attributes:2+ years experience in commercial property, sales, leasing or managementKnowledge of the local property marketAbility to deal with all personality typesExperience with Cirrus8 is desirableAbility to work autonomously while being a strong team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work under pressureHandson approach and openness to changeHighly organised, well presented and articulateCurrent real estate licence or registration required at commencementRemuneration Excellent remuneration available for the right applicant, including commission after a qualifying period.Be careful - Dont provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
