Writers Club Facilitator - Early Childhood Writers Club Facilitator - Early Childhood 1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Writers Club Facilitator - Initially a Volunteer Role Published Children''s Book Author and Illustrator / Early Childhood Literature Educator Responsibilities We''re on a mission to bring children''s stories to life. 2-5 years of age and 6-9 years of age. We''re developing a community of early childhood authors and illustrators that would like to be published or have their stories take to the stage. Our leading facilitators will initially be volunteers and will support and encourage the development of unpublished authors and their stories. Hold community members accountable to continuous improvement Have weekly themed education sessions Provide a supportive and engaging environment In person meets once a week Support the building and development of a network Contribute to the development of a long term strategy which may include: online network publishing stories and developing a travelling theatre Qualifications Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), or Bachelor of Arts (Children''s Literature) or Children''s Literature and Literacy Graduate program in early childhood education Published Author Description We''re bringing together a team of people who are experts in their field, great educators, and have a keen interest in quality storytelling and the development of children. We aim to bring together stories that take children on a journey of discovery, stories that educate, are fun, nonsensical, and bring their imaginations to life. We aim to focus on the age range of 2-5 and 6-9 year old children. This is the start of an amazing journey and we''re looking to bring together an incredible team.
