Utilize Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions and requests. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role (previous experience with Salesforce is a plus). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
