We''re looking for an experienced General Manager to take ownership of the business''s operations, lead our teams, and drive performance to the next level. The Role As General Manager, you''ll be at the centre of the business, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring all teams work efficiently and collaboratively. You''ll combine handson leadership with strategic oversight, taking responsibility for operational performance, budgets, and process improvements while mentoring and developing the management team. You''ll work closely with the Executive Director, maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners, and ensuring compliance, quality, and safety standards are met. Responsibilities You will lead the daily operations of the business, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality across all areas. You''ll also translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans and provide accurate reporting on operational, financial, and people performance to the Executive Director. About You Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Operations, or equivalent experience. 5-7 years'' senior management experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or commercial environments. Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and deliver operational and financial results. Handson, practical leader with strong commercial acumen and problemsolving skills.
