Position Brisbane Centre Manager Location Moonyah, Red Hill, QLD Overview This is a permanent, fulltime position located in Red Hill, QLD. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award Level7. This is a Monday Friday role with rostered oncall. Why this role matters The Salvation Army (Salvos) is one of Australias largest providers of alcohol and other drug (AOD) programs including withdrawal management, residential and nonresidential rehabilitation, and harm reduction programs. Salvos services go beyond addressing the core issues and challenges associated with problematic substance abuse and provide participants a place of hope, compassion, and dignity to recover safely. About The Role This role will oversee an 80+ bed residential drug and alcohol facility with a 13bed withdrawal management unit onsite and pre and posttreatment support options located at Red Hill. Oversee service delivery ensuring quality service delivery and that participants receive services in a timely manner, appropriate case management, education, support, assessment and referral within a client focused recovery framework, in line with The Salvation Armys (TSA) AOD model of care.
