Run on a project based structure, so as a Senior Structural Engineer, take on a drafter and junior engineers to use as resources on your projects Still remain hands on in terms of the technical and engineering work, involvement in concept design, fee proposals, client meetings etc Work with builders and developers, schools, hospitals, aged care, mixed use developments, retail etc concrete and steel Repeat clients and established team, approachable partners, plenty of support Full life cycle of project responsibility, medium to large scale project scope for experienced seniors Flexible start and finish times, work from home 1 day per week after probation Employee owned, pathway to become a shareholder in the business down the track, big on promoting internally, experienced steady growth over the last 5 years Requires Engineering Degree with 10+ years experience in structural engineering in the local NSW market, design, technical and project management experience on built environment projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
