This is a full time position. The position location will be based at our Warradale Store. Working days and hours will be: Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 4.40pm. Main Responsibilities Include: Entering data and information into a dedicated booking management system Answering telephone calls, taking bookings via telephone and email and coordinating them onto the appropriate technician schedules. Providing friendly and professional customer service. All other general administration duties ad hoc. You will have the following: The provision of efficient, professional and consistent administration services The ability to maintain a flexible attitude to the daily work flows Highly organised and efficient individual Friendly and approachable Enjoy working in a very busy fast paced environment Well presented with excellent communication skills Ability to use software applications incl.
