Must learn to deal Blackjack at the end of class. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Protects and controls specific game assigned. Conducts the games in accordance with policies and procedures, handling player transactions and notifying the Floor Person or Pit Manager of any irregularities. Advise the Floor Person or Pit Manager of any player disputes or arguments that may arise during the game. Inform the Floor Supervisor or other senior Table Games personnel of any important or relevant facts regarding specific players and their action. Utilize ACT standards at all times while maintaining a professional, friendly, and courteous atmosphere. Notify a Floor Person of any guest needs; i.e., cocktails, host service, etc. Keep abreast of, and promote departmental and property-wide promotions. Responsible to learn new games when provided appropriate training. Maintain current knowledge of gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations, as well as internal controls, policies and procedures. Meet the department standards for game pace while maintaining accuracy. Perform all other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred. Proven dealer experience, or having successfully passed an audition on the assigned game(s) required. Basic knowledge of all casino and departmental policies & procedures required. Must be at least 21 years of age.
