We pride ourselves on professionalism, expertise, and a supportive team culture. The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic Norwood team. In this key front-of-house role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers while also supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet and assist customers both in-store and over the phone. Provide expert advice on tyres and automotive services, matching customer needs with the right solutions. Prepare and present accurate service quotes and invoices. Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve service-related issues efficiently. Operational Support Assist the Store Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient daily operations. Coordinate and schedule workshop bookings and workflow. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering tyres, parts, and consumables. Help train and mentor junior team members. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. About You Qualifications & Skills Experience in automotive customer service or sales (highly desirable). Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Competent computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office. Valid drivers licence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail. Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
