Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Beltsplicers and Fitters for a role based out of Emerald QLD. This role can be DIDO to the right person. The role involves carrying out conveyor belt replacements, splicing, and general maintenance of conveyor systems. Additional responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, and installing idlers, frames, pulleys, and cleaning systems, along with other mechanical tasks to support conveyor operations. The position may require adherence to safety standards and working collaboratively with a team to ensure efficient service delivery. Qualifications Experience with conveyor belt splicing, belt replacements, and general maintenance Mechanical skills, including idler/frame replacement, pulley change-outs, and cleaning system Ability to conduct inspections, perform repairs, and ensure compliance with safety protocols Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively on-site with a team Relevant trade certifications or qualifications in mechanical and Belt Splicing fields are advantageous Previous experience in conveyor maintenance or a related industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
