Quad Care is a values-led, multidisciplinary NDIS provider delivering high-quality, person-centred supports across Queensland. We are growing our Allied Health team and are seeking a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about evidence-based practice, functional outcomes, and working alongside people with complex and diverse needs. About the Role As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Quad Care, you will deliver high-quality, goal-focused exercise physiology services to NDIS and privately funded clients across the lifespan. You will work closely with clients, families, support coordinators, and our multidisciplinary Allied Health and support teams to achieve meaningful functional outcomes. Responsibilities Comprehensive functional and needs-based assessments Development and delivery of individualised, evidence-based exercise and rehabilitation programs Supporting clients with disability, chronic health conditions, neurological and psychosocial needs Community-based, in-home, and clinic-based service delivery (role-dependent) Timely documentation, reports, and outcome measurement Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, including behaviour support and therapy services Qualifications Current registration as an Exercise Physiologist with the relevant professional body Eligibility to provide services under the NDIS Current Queensland Driver Licence NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Bachelor or Masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology (or equivalent qualification) Education must meet Australian standards for exercise physiology practice Ongoing commitment to continuing professional development (CPD) in line with professional and organisational requirements Required Skills Clinical assessment and functional evaluation Clientcentred goal planning Professional communication and documentation Time management and organisation Ability to complete comprehensive functional and needsbased assessments Design and implement individualised exercise and rehabilitation programs Deliver services in community, inhome, and/or clinic settings Write clear, timely, and compliant NDIS reports and clinical notes Communicate effectively with clients, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams Manage caseloads responsibly while maintaining quality and ethical standards Preferred Skills Details Experience supporting individuals with disability, chronic health conditions, neurological, psychosocial, or functional impairments Confidence working alongside behaviour support practitioners, allied health clinicians, and support workers Familiarity with outcome measurement and functional goal tracking Ability to adapt programs to suit varied environments and client needs Interest in service development and contributing to team learning Pay Range / Salary / Compensation Details Competitive salary or contractor rates, aligned with Queensland alliedhealth market standards Flexible employment options (fulltime, parttime, or contractor) Paid professional development and supervision support (employee roles) Administrative and operational support to reduce nonclinical workload Access to multidisciplinary collaboration and internal referral pathways Travel considerations factored into role design where applicable (Specific remuneration details discussed confidentially with shortlisted candidates.)
