You will deliver a high level of customer service through regular communication with regards to the progress of submissions and approvals as well as applying a proactive approach to task completion using our workflow management software. n Your main responsibilities will include n - Preparing and lodging all required planning applications to gain approvals within the set timeframesn - Liaising with external stakeholders such as councils, surveyors, conveyancers, service providers etc to ensure all approval milestones are achieved n - Liaising with customers throughout the development approval process to update them on submissions n - Providing a high standard of customer support by answering queries and resolving any concerns n - Updating and maintaining all documentation for each build n About you To be successful in this role, you will have a high level of initiative and strong problem-solving skills and will be passionate and committed to delivering successful outcomes for our customers and business. n You will also have n - Demonstrated experience in a customer service/administrative positionn - Demonstrated experience and understanding of the Planning process, building and construction industry is desirable n - Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiations skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people from a diverse range of backgrounds - A strong customer service focus with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality n - Ability to work productively within a team setting and maintain effectiveness in different situations n - High attention to detail and accuracy n - Intermediate level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and email) n At Fairmont Were Built For Life n Build a rewarding career, united within a healthy work environment.
