Youll manage, track, and maintain loan sets while supporting CSSD operations and training staff to ensure safe, efficient services every day. Responsibilities Check in and out loan sets, monitor issues, follow up Prepare and maintain documentation for all loan kits Train staff using on-the-job guidance and resources Support daily CSSD operations and reprocess equipment Liaise with internal teams and external users for requests About You Youre organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting a safe, efficient CSSD environment. You enjoy training and developing others while ensuring compliance and high standards across all tasks.
