Were looking for an organised, handson leader to support our Alice Springs rental branch and help deliver outstanding guest experiences. If you enjoy leading people, solving problems, and working in a fastpaced environment, this could be the role for you. About the Role As a key member of our Alice Springs branch, youll support daytoday operations and lead by example. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating daily operations with repairers and cleaning contractors Supporting the Branch Manager to achieve sales and operational targets Delivering excellent customer and guest service Supervising, training, and motivating guest service and vehicle operations teams Ensuring vehicles and the branch are clean, safe, and well presented Championing workplace health and safety standards What Were Looking For Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (rental, tourism, hospitality or similar) Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills Proven guest service and complainthandling experience Good organisation and timemanagement skills Confidence using computers and booking or operational systems Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude (desirable, not essential) What We Offer Free product trials, including motorhome holidays (for fulltime and parttime roles) Ongoing support and training to help you succeed A fun, supportive, and inclusive team culture Uniform and tools provided Real career development opportunities within a global organisation About thl thl is a global tourism operator listed on the NZX and ASX (THL).
