In our Fixed Teeth Australia Ballarat Clinic (Victoria) we need a new experienced Dental Technician (Full Time) About the Role You Will: Interpret dentists'' prescriptions and instructions. Create accurate models of patients'' teeth and jaws using dental impressions. Fabricate dental prostheses using various materials, including metal, ceramic, and acrylic. Operate and maintain dental laboratory equipment, such as casting machines, furnaces, and polishing lathes. Finish and polish dental restorations to ensure a natural appearance and comfortable fit. Maintain a clean and organised work environment and adhere to safety protocols. Stay up to date on the latest dental materials, techniques, and technologies. May communicate with dentists to clarify requirements or troubleshoot issues. What you bring: The required experience is at least one of relevant work experience as a Dental Technician. Diploma (or higher) in dental technology or a related field (preferred). Knowledge of the All-on-4/Full arch treatment & laboratory workflows (essential) Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination.
