What youll do As a Client Services Manager in our Workforce Scheduling team youll: Manage the placement of Support Workers across our Disability and Aged Care programs, ensuring alignment with individual support plans and client needs Lead teams through the development and refinement of policies, procedures, and initiatives to strengthen scheduling processes in accordance with funding frameworks Enhance the client experience by delivering efficient, professional, and person-centered support across all genU programs Support workforce planning for disability and aged care teams to ensure staffing levels meet service demand across business areas What youll bring Previous experience in leading a workforce scheduling or rostering team within human services, health care, disability, aged care, or employment sectors Strong leaderships skills with the ability to lead and inspire others Experience in the management of quality and compliance systems Dynamic and forward thinking with the ability to work with initiative (Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry, well help guide you through this.)
