The Opportunity: Location: Gatton Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility Compensation: Up to $55 per hour + Super + 15% Retention (Depending of role & qualification) ROLE: Early Childhood TeacherYour Responsibilities: Design and implement engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF & QKLG. Prioritize a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment where children thrive. Engage in joyful, educational activities, inspiring a love for learning. Build strong relationships with families and fellow educators. Monitor, document and reflect on childrens learning to drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance. Qualifications: A proven track record or delivering exceptional results in a centre. Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one. Current QLD Blue Card. Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.
