Youll guide and support a multidisciplinary team, manage referrals and caseloads and contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement. - Lead and enhance clinical service delivery across the mental health spectrum - Provide supervision, support and guidance to clinicians and other support staff - Facilitate clinical reviews, care planning and shared decision making - Contribute to strategic planning, policy development and service evaluation - Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and data collection. Mandatory Requirements: - Approved tertiary level qualification in an allied health discipline, including social work, psychology (4+2 pathway or 5+1 pathway), mental health nursing, and/or occupational therapy. - Registration or membership with appropriate registration authority or professional body (APHRA or AASW).
