The Mechanical Workshop Supervisor oversees the daily maintenance of the heavy plant and is also heavily involved in the heavy plant renewal process.The Key Responsibilities For This Role AreRaise purchase orders for ongoing fleet contractsUpdate key reportsMaintain the fleet management systemMaintain the light fleet and plant renewal registers/spreadsheetsForward and update online fleet inductionsUpload repairs and maintenance and fuel costs into the fleet management systemWhat You Will Bring To The RoleWe are currently looking for a dedicated person who has a good understanding of finance and fleet systems as well as skills writing reports, maintaining spreadsheets and databases.To Thrive In This Role You Will HaveAn interest in understanding plant, light fleet, and the renewal process of our fleet assetsA drive to streamline and further enhance our fleet systemsKey selection criteriaMandatory Qualifications, Experience And RequirementsCertificate in Office Administration or similar (Qualification Check conducted) and experience in an administrative role (or greater experience in a relevant environment)Experience in the performance of high-quality administrationEffective organisation skills, including organising meetingsProficient in the use and operation of the Microsoft Office suites and all office equipmentDesirable ExperienceExperience in Local GovernmentExperience in the use of fleet management systemsOther RequirementsCurrent Victorian drivers licenceYou have the Right to live and work in AustraliaA current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
