What youll be doing: Partnering with a high-performing New Home Sales Consultant in a busy display home environment Engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and qualifying opportunities Coordinating appointments, managing leads, and maintaining CRM records Collaborating with internal teams including drafting, estimating, and construction Assisting with marketing initiatives and promotional events Building your product and industry knowledge while learning the complete sales process What were looking for: This is a demanding and fast-paced role that requires resilience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to your clients.
