Acting as an extension of the home and the Christian church, our passion is to provide a safe and encouraging Christian community to prepare our students for life beyond the classroom. n About the role In this role, you will: n - Lead daytoday ICT operations, infrastructure management and help desk services.n - Oversee network, server, cybersecurity, device programs and business continuity systems. n - Develop and implement the Colleges ICT strategic roadmap and future technology architecture. n - Manage and mentor ICT team members, fostering a cooperative and servicefocused culture. n - Provide technical leadership, risk management and compliance oversight. n - Manage ICT budgets, procurement, vendor engagement and policy development. n For a detailed position description including duties, responsibilities, and position requirements, please view the Job and Person Description available on our website The successful applicant will: n - Be committed to Christ and Christian education.n - Hold postsecondary ICT qualifications or equivalent experience and have a minimum five years ICT management experience, including team leadership. n - Have strong technical expertise across ICT networks, systems, cybersecurity and emerging technologies with demonstrated experience in ICT strategic planning, project management and change leadership. n - Possess excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills. n - Exhibit a high capacity for organisation, prioritisation, analysis and independent judgement. n - Hold a current Drivers Licence as some travel between campuses may be required. n - Be willing to undertake mandatory child safe training and obtain relevant clearances. n How to apply n Applications are invited from committed Christians who are active in church fellowship and suitably qualified to fulfil this position. n Applications should include n - Cover Lettern - Resume n - Referee contact details.
