Working within our aged care home, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care and supporting residents to live with dignity and comfort.No two days are the same! As Registered Nurse, you will:Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to residentsUndertake clinical assessments and develop care plansAdminister medications and monitor treatment outcomesLead and support care staff to ensure best practice care deliveryLiaise with residents, families, and allied health professionalsMaintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standardsRespond to changes in residents health and escape where requiredAbout YouYoullthrive with us if you have:Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseDemonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting (desirable)Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA compassionate, resident-centred approach to careAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of aged care standards and compliance requirementsCurrent National Police Check and relevant vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)Perks & BenefitsAs a not-for-profit you can reduce your tax by salary packaging up to$15,900per year for living expenses, bills, rent,mortgageand groceries.
