As the Product Specialist, you will partner with the Product Manager to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable solutions and user stories that align and engage delivery teams. You bring a strong customer focus, expertise in agile and analytics, and confidence working with stakeholders to generate insights, drive feature and process improvements, and support informed decisionmaking. Youll have: 5+ years experience in a similar role with tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Technology or Marketing Experience in mobile apps / contact centre and / or AI preferred Proven success working in large, crossfunctional teams Deep understanding of modern frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Design thinking, HCD, multivariate testing, Continuous Improvement Solid experience establishing and executing reports in a digital analytics or business intelligence (BI) tool, preferably Adobe Analytics and ability to compare data sets to deduce accurate insights Skilled in writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria for developers, testers, and stakeholders Robust stakeholder engagement and management skills (daytoday interpersonal, structured workshops, showcases, and customer journey walkthroughs across all seniority levels) Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and is proactive with initiative and a bias for the customer Enjoys contributing to strong team dynamics and culture Proficient in collaboration tools like Miro, JIRA and Confluence for documentation and story management Why Qantas?
