About the role As the Cook at Bass Valley Uniting Early Learning, youll play a key role in supporting childrens health and wellbeing through nutritious, balanced mealsall during regular weekday hours with no nights or weekends. Youll be responsible for planning menus, shopping, budgeting, and preparing meals that cater to diverse dietary needs. Youll also maintain a clean, safe kitchen in line with food safety standards and support the centres healthy eating program. About you We are seeking an experienced cook with a knowledge of food safety and the necessary records to be maintained. You know your way around a computer, including Microsoft Office and the internet, and you will hold or be willing to obtain a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
