APEX Transport and Distribution is a privately family-owned transport and logistics business, which has been established for more than a decade. Head office in Laverton North (VIC), depots in Rocklea (QLD), Clyde (NSW), Gillman (SA) and Welshpool (WA). We are looking for an experienced allocator for an immediate start. Current Fleet: 7 Rigids + 7 Trucks = 14 About you: Experienced Fleet Controller in the transport industry (essential) Sound knowledge of the Perth metropolitan area + Regional WA Leadership skills to supervise and manage our day-to-day PUD driver operations Sound knowledge of the transport industry regulations and OHS requirements including Chain of Responsibility & Load Restraint Excellent problem-solving skills Strong organisational skills with strong computer literacy Willingness to get the job done without compromising service to customers A proven ability to motivate and manage drivers You must be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol testing) prior to commencement.
