The Opportunity Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on relationshipbuilding, crafting bespoke event experiences, and driving revenue through tailored conferencing and event solutions. The Role Drive New Business: Convert enquiries into confirmed weddings, social events and conferences. Conduct site inspections and venue show rounds for prospective clients. Attend bridal expos, showcases and networking events to generate leads. Build strong relationships with wedding planners, stylists, corporate clients and industry partners. Coordinate Exceptional Events: Manage events from confirmation through to delivery and postevent followup. Prepare proposals, contracts and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Create event documentation including menus, signage and client collateral. Work closely with banquets, kitchen and operations teams to ensure flawless execution. Maintain the events database and client records. Support promotional activities and marketing initiatives for the events segment. Assist with event operations where required to ensure exceptional guest experiences. About You Experience in hotel events, weddings, hospitality sales or event coordination. Strong organisational and communication skills. A proactive sales mindset with the ability to build client relationships. Passion for creating memorable celebrations and guest experiences.
