Take a mill tour here: Your Next Role - Casual Process Operator (Dry Mill) Hyne Timber is seeking Relief Process Operators to support operations within our Dry Mill at the Tuan Mill as well as at our Glulam site in Maryborough. These positions will allow the Mill & Glulam to cover shifts for off/onsite training and unplanned leave while providing a genuine pathway to permanent work to our relief operators. Tuan roles offer flexibility across day, afternoon and night shifts. Whether you are seeking constant hours or flexibility to suit study, school hours or reduced days. Glulam has day shift only. As a casual team member, you will be trained and supported to contribute to safe, efficient and highquality timber production. Highperforming casual employees may be offered ongoing or permanent roles as opportunities arise. Key responsibilities include: Operating and monitoring machinery and plant equipment Troubleshooting issues to maintain safe and efficient operations Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping Working flexibly across different areas as required Using technology and systems to meet production targets Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Safety always comes first our goal is that everyone goes home in the same condition they arrived.
