Supporting clientcentred daily living (personal care, meals, mobility, meds) Joining in on social and recreational activities Building genuine connections with clients and their families Keeping records and making sure the home is safe, clean, and welcoming What are we looking for? A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care, or similar) First Aid + CPR, Drivers Licence, and all the usual checks (NDIS, WWCC) Someone willing to do a variety of shifts, including actives Experience with hoisting / manual handling Great communication skills and a positive, client and team attitude Experience in disability support is a plus, but passion and people skills matter most Why join us?
