Are you a horticulturalist with a passion for maintaining gardens and working outdoors with like-minded people? LCS Maintenance is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to work in our Grounds & Gardens crew. The Role: You will oversee a small field-based crew, where you will produce high quality outcomes in the Grounds Maintenance team. Undertake maintenance services across multiple sites including mowing, edging, snipping, weeding, mulching, planting, pruning, sweeping, litter collection, cleaning and/or other gardening as required. Engage with staff, clients and members of the public in a professional and courteous manner. Adhere to all work health and safety guidelines and best practices including incident reporting. About You: Certificate II in horticulture or equivalent (desirable). Previous experience gardening and maintaining public/commercial landscapes. Knowledge in all areas of garden maintenance. Staff supervisory experience in a similar Gardener role. Positive attitude and work ethic. Attention to detail and a track record of producing quality work. Current White Card, Police and DHS clearances are required or willing to obtain.
