The Opportunity We are looking for a General Service Employee to join our team at Richmond Lodge in our North Coast Region. Duties will include (but not limited to): This role is integral to maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by performing cleaning, gardening, kitchen, and laundry duties. Focused on supporting facility operations and enhancing resident well-being, it ensures compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation while upholding the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and comfort. What you will need: Proven experience in any or all fields including cleaning, gardening, food services and laundry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work according to the guidelines Good communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrates ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment Ability to adapt to the needs of the facility and work flexibly. Ability to attend to detail, identify problems and resolve or elevate issues. Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook applications).
