As Brow Tribe continues to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Salon Manager to lead our Cannington studio and play a key role in the next phase of our expansion. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, performance, and culture , with a clear pathway into an Operations Manager role overseeing multiple locations as the business grows. You will work closely with our Founder and Director, Celine McSweeney, gaining mentorship and strategic insight into scaling a premium beauty brand. What you''ll do as our Salon Manager Lead, mentor and inspire a team of talented technicians to consistently deliver exceptional service. Drive team performance through coaching, support, and accountability around key salon metrics including rebooking, retail, and client experience. Oversee day-to-day salon operations to ensure the studio runs smoothly, professionally, and in alignment with Brow Tribes premium standards. Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members as Brow Tribe continues to grow. Manage rostering, stock levels, and scheduling to ensure efficiency and a seamless client experience. Work alongside the Founder on team culture, campaigns, business initiatives, and future growth strategies. Be available Saturdays and one late night per week. Youll thrive in this role if you Have experience working in the beauty or service industry and understand what it takes to deliver a premium client experience. Have proven leadership experience managing teams, with experience overseeing teams of 10+ or multiple locations highly regarded. Are a confident and supportive leader who knows how to motivate a team while maintaining high standards. Are highly organised, solutions-focused and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Lead with warmth, emotional intelligence and professionalism. Are ambitious and excited by the opportunity to grow into a future Operations Manager role and or Regional Manager as Brow Tribe continues to expand.
