Due to continued growth, we are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Support Workers to join our team in Murray Bridge. The Role Using a person-centred and active support approach, the Disability Support Worker will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality supports to people living with disability. You will be required to work in line with each participant''s plans, including: Individual Support Plan Health Care Plan Medication Plan Meal Plan Manual Handling Plan Key responsibilities include Maintain and monitor client support plans Deliver supports in a client-focused and person-centred manner Build professional and positive relationships with participants, families and stakeholders Work within the established rhythm of service for the house Fulfil all compliance and mandatory training requirements Work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and active night shifts (essential) Skills & Essential Requirements Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check (WWCC) Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Current Manual Handling Certificate Current Assist with Medication Certificate Driver''s licence and reliable vehicle Valid working rights in Australia Benefits Supportive, inclusive and team-oriented work environment Career progression opportunities in a growing organisation #J-18808-Ljbffr
