Acro Service Corp. (Acro) provides collaborative total talent management solutions including staff augmentation and managed service provider (MSP) services for contingent labor; direct hires for experienced workers and early careers, as well as management of direct hires utilizing RPO providers; and other related value-added services ancillary to management of both contingent labor and direct hire talent streams. Acro utilizes state-of-the-art, cloud based and AI enabled technologies to manage all aspects of its contingent labor and direct hire programs. The company is seeking a Director, Client Partnerships to develop new clients using relationship-led approaches and to build long-term, loyal partnerships with all Acro clients being managed. SUMMARY The Director, Client Partnerships is a senior, client-facing role responsible for developing, managing, and expanding Acros client and prospective client relationships. This role combines consultative business development with relationship ownership and long-term account stewardship, with a focus on contingent staff augmentation, Employer-of-Record services, MSP/VMS solutions, and other Acro service offerings. The individual will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging existing and new relationships to identify opportunities, deliver value-driven solutions, and support Acros growth in Australia. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Immediate & Short-Term Responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship manager for Acros existing Australian clients and prospective client relationships. Leverage existing and newly developed relationships to identify and secure contingent staff augmentation opportunities, with a focus on IT, engineering, accounting, finance, and other white-collar roles. Actively sell and promote Acros Employer-of-Record (EOR) services to clients seeking compliant workforce engagement solutions. Position and pitch Acros broader service offerings, including MSP, VMS, RPO, and IT application development and management services (time-and-materials or deliverables-based). Pursue and advance any qualified leads related to Acros services that are identified personally or referred by Acro corporate, leadership, or other divisions. Develop a strong understanding of client workforce strategies, business objectives, and procurement or HR drivers to deliver tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal recruiting, delivery, operations, and leadership teams to ensure proposals, pricing, and service delivery align with client expectations. Facilitate the development of marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations, and participate directly in client meetings and negotiations. Maintain accurate documentation of sales and relationship activity in Acros CRM or other designated systems. Other duties as assigned. Long-Term Responsibilities Manage and oversee all acquired client relationships with the objective of establishing long-term, loyal, and expanding partnerships. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, proactively identifying opportunities to broaden service scope, increase program maturity, and improve workforce outcomes. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction while supporting consultant retention and program performance. As Acros footprint grows, assume responsibility for overseeing and coordinating client relationships in additional countries beyond Australia, as required. Contribute to annual business planning, revenue forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives. Represent Acro professionally in the market through networking, industry events, and client engagement. Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education Preferred: Masters degree (MBA or equivalent). Experience Required: At least 10 years of staffing industry experience in client-facing roles, including recruitment, sales, account management, or MSP program management. Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supporting an MSP program or complex contingent workforce environment. Preferred: Experience selling or managing MSP, VMS, EOR, or RPO solutions. International or multi-country staffing experience, particularly within Australia. Strong understanding of MSP/VMS environments and contingent workforce management. Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships across HR, procurement, and business leadership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated consultative selling and relationship management capabilities. Ability to manage conflict, address service issues, and drive resolution effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and draw sound conclusions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Frequently sits, walks, stands, and drives. May occasionally be required to lift up to 15 pounds (for example, a box of copier paper). WORK ENVIRONMENT Office setting; noise level is typically moderate.
