What youll do: Manage the entire proposal lifecycle from opportunity qualification through to final submission and oral presentation, ensuring proposals are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard. Collaborate closely with opportunity leaders, subject matter experts and business stakeholders (legal, pricing, risk, etc.) to develop compliant, compelling and tailored proposal content that meets both internal and client requirements. Drive consistency and adherence to Advisorys pursuit process, quality standards and regulatory/compliance guidelines. Develop and maintain proposal templates, standard content libraries and process documentation to streamline proposal development activities. Utilise the firms AI tools and digital platforms to enhance proposal creation, review and collaboration processes. Analyse proposal win/loss outcomes and gather stakeholder feedback to continuously improve proposal strategies, content quality and team effectiveness. Support internal training sessions, workshops and capacitybuilding initiatives focused on proposal best practices and new tools. Contribute to the development and curation of the firms central proposal hub, ensuring resources are relevant, accessible and up to date. Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor activity and encourage client feedback to ensure our proposals remain differentiated and compelling. What were looking for: 35 years experience in proposal management, bid management or a related project coordination role, preferably within professional services. Strong project management skills with excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a capability to craft clear, concise and persuasive proposal content. Experience coordinating crossfunctional teams in highpressure environments. Experience with content management systems, digital collaboration tools and a willingness to embrace new digital tools including AI applications. Knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements and confidentiality protocols relevant to professional services proposals. Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across geographies and cultures. Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior partners and executive leaders. Proactive, organised and able to drive continuous improvement initiatives independently.
