Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten is expanding into Huntly and we are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Centre Manager to lead our brand new, purpose built centre. This is a unique opportunity to build a service from day one, shape the culture, grow occupancy and lead a high performing team in a thriving regional community. Designed to support high quality early learning, the centre is close to schools, parks and local amenities. You will have the opportunity to establish strong foundations across team culture, compliance, family engagement and occupancy growth. About the Role As Centre Manager, you will lead all aspects of the centres performance, including: Leading, mentoring and developing your team Driving occupancy and community engagement Managing financial performance and budgets Ensuring compliance with National Law and Regulations Maintaining high standards in line with the National Quality Framework Creating a safe, inclusive and positive environment Partnering with internal stakeholders to support growth and success About You Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care Minimum 2 years experience as a Centre Manager Experience opening or leading a new service highly regarded Strong understanding of NQS and regulatory requirements Proven leadership and team development skills Strong commercial mindset with experience managing occupancy and budgets Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Required Checks Working with Children Check Police Check First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Food Safety Supervisor Why Join Aspire At Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten, we are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment that promotes child safety, wellbeing and empowerment for all children.
