The Australian business plays an important role within the broader regional strategy, with continued focus on strengthening retail partnerships and expanding market share. The Role This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for leading and growing the retail channel across the Australian market. Based in Melbournes northern suburbs and reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of retail performance across major grocery and broader retail partners. You will inherit an established customer base while also driving further growth through distribution expansion, category development and strengthened customer engagement. This role carries real commercial weight. You will be responsible for shaping and executing retail strategy, balancing strategic planning with handson delivery across pricing, promotions, range optimisation and customer plans. The expectation is clear: deliver sustainable revenue growth, strengthen key retail partnerships and elevate the organisations presence across priority accounts. As part of the Australian leadership team, you will lead the retail function and manage a small, highperforming team of three direct reports. Working with the CEO and broader senior leadership team you will create and deliver the local strategy, while partnering crossfunctionally with supply chain, operations and finance to ensure strong execution across all customer initiatives. The role operates within a global framework but with strong local accountability, requiring someone who can navigate both structured corporate environments and a more agile, handson local operation. Who We Are Looking For This role is suited to a commercially driven retail leader with a strong track record of delivering results within the Australian FMCG landscape. You will bring: Proven experience managing major grocery retailer relationships Strong commercial capability across pricing, promotions and customer strategy A track record of delivering revenue growth within competitive consumer markets The ability to operate both strategically and handson Strong stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration skills We are open to candidates who have worked across both larger organisations and more entrepreneurial environments, with the ability to combine structured thinking with a pragmatic, executionfocused approach. Experience within coffee, beverages or food FMCG categories will be advantageous, though not essential.
