Where concerns relate to individual practitioners, the RRRU identifies the right practitioner and supporting evidence to inform our standard notifications (complaints) processes.We''re looking for a motivated Regulatory Officer to join this growing team. This role supports the assessment and management of lower to moderate risk cases relating to emerging regulatory issues. You''ll be part of a collaborative national function working in a fast-paced and meaningful space.About the roleReporting to the Senior Regulatory Advisor, you''ll manage a caseload of matters under guidance and provide support across a range of regulatory response activities. This includes gathering and analysing information, identifying risk, applying relevant legislation, and preparing quality written advice and reports. You''ll also contribute to process improvements and help implement strategies to strengthen our response to new issues as they arise.About youYou''re organised, curious and proactive. You''re comfortable interpreting policy and legislation, managing sensitive information, and producing clear documentation. You work well with others and can juggle competing priorities with a level head.
